We collect information you provide when your account is created or updated (such as name, email, business name, delivery address, liquor licence number for venues, and ABN for vendors), order and payment records, and technical data such as device and usage information through analytics tools.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the marketplace (authentication, orders, invoicing, support), improve the Platform, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about your account or orders. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Sharing with service providers

We use trusted processors including Supabase (hosting and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and analytics providers. These parties process data only to provide services to us and under appropriate safeguards.

Security and retention

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and role-based permissions. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Platform and meet legal and accounting requirements.
