Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the BevEx platform at bevex.com.au (the "Platform"), operated as a B2B beverage marketplace. By signing in or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use BevEx

The Platform is for licensed hospitality venues ("Venues") and approved beverage suppliers ("Vendors"). Accounts are issued by BevEx; you must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorised access.

2. Orders and payment

When a Venue places an order, the Vendor is the seller of the goods. BevEx facilitates the transaction and collects payment on behalf of parties as described at checkout. Product prices are set by Vendors; delivery and fulfilment outside the Platform may apply between Vendors and their logistics providers.

3. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable liquor licensing laws, provide accurate business information, and not misuse the Platform (including attempting to circumvent fees, access other users' data, or interfere with system integrity).

4. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis during pilot operation. To the extent permitted by law, BevEx is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
