Order statuses

Understand fulfillment and payment status on your orders.

Fulfillment status

Orders progress RECEIVED → PROCESSING → PACKED → DISPATCHED → DELIVERED. During the pilot, status may remain RECEIVED until Motus/CartonCloud sync updates it.

Payment status

Payment statuses include unpaid, awaiting payment, paid, payment failed, and refunded. You receive order confirmation by email after successful payment.
