Product visibility checklist

A product appears in venue catalogs when the conditions below are met. Sellable stock is required to add to cart — listed products with no stock still show as Sold Out.

• Your vendor account is ACTIVE.
• Stripe Connect is complete (stripe_connect_ready).
• The product is toggled Listed for sale.
• The product has a wholesale price greater than $0.
• Sellable stock greater than zero at the venue's fulfilment warehouse is required to add to cart (synced stock minus stock hold). Zero sellable stock = Sold Out, not hidden.

In the vendor dashboard

The Listed column shows Yes when Listed for sale is on. Newly synced products start unlisted at $0 — set a price greater than $0 before listing. Listed products with no sellable stock still appear in the venue catalog as Sold Out (cannot add to cart). Turning listing off hides the product from catalogs entirely.
