How stock hold reduces sellable quantity per warehouse without changing synced stock.

Synced stock comes from Motus Transport and cannot be edited in BevEx. Stock hold lets you reserve units per fulfilment warehouse.
Sellable quantity
Sellable = max(0, synced stock − stock hold) for each warehouse (Sydney metro and Brisbane metro). Venues only see sellable quantity at their assigned warehouse.
